SENIOR TEST MANAGERS

Job Description: We currently have opportunities with large clients in Sydney and are actively recruiting experienced Test Managers with at least 5 years test management experience in complex environments coordinating diverse teams. To be considered you must be focussed on a career in testing and have proven test management experience in large technical and user testing environments.

In addition, candidates must have:

• A solid background in technical, functional, performance or user acceptance testing;
• Proven ability to develop test strategies, master test plans and detailed test plans;
• Experience in large scale integrated end-to-end testing environments;
• An understanding of integration issues and complexities consistent with large projects and programs;
• Experience implementing or using automated testing tools (Mercury Interactive, Compuware, Rational etc); and
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and team skills.
